Contractors will be hydro-excavating the berm next to the road to inform planning for the Takitimu North Link project. There will be an excavator in use, but noise and vibration will be minimal.

Work will take place between 9am and 3pm on Wednesday (6 October 2021). The entrance from SH2 onto Edgecumbe Road will be closed during this time and motorists are asked to follow the road diversions in place on the day.
